Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.
  • Include all original packaging and accessories (if applicable).
  • Not show signs of misuse, damage, or excessive wear.

Certain products may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons. Any exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact our customer support team through our Contact page.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos of the item (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

We'll review your request and provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include photos of:

  • The item received
  • Any visible damage
  • The packaging (if applicable)

We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

At this time, Adou does not offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different item, we recommend returning the original product (if eligible) and placing a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, or safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
