Shipping Policy

Currently, Adou's Store ships to addresses within the United States only. We're committed to processing every order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Fulfillment Origin

Products sold by Adou's Store are fulfilled through our third-party fulfillment partner, Zendrop.

Depending on the product and available fulfillment location, orders may be dispatched from fulfillment facilities in the United States or China.

Shipping and delivery times vary depending on the fulfillment origin. Please review the estimated delivery times below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase is confirmed and payment has been received.

Processing takes place Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

During busy periods, including major shopping seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the fulfillment location of your product.

Products Shipped from U.S. Warehouses

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days.

  • Standard shipping: 3–5 business days after processing.

  • Total estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days from purchase.

Products Shipped from China Warehouses

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days.

  • Standard shipping: 10–15 business days after processing.

  • Total estimated delivery time: 11–18 business days from purchase.

During busy periods, additional processing time may apply.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Orders containing products from different fulfillment locations may arrive in separate shipments.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders of $50 or more: Free standard shipping.

  • Orders under $50: $5.99 flat-rate standard shipping.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package's delivery.

If your order contains products shipped separately, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Once an order has entered processing, we may not be able to make changes to the shipping address.
