At this time, Adou's Store ships to addresses within the United States only. We're committed to processing every order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Fulfillment Origin
Some products sold by Adou's Store are fulfilled through our approved third-party fulfillment partner, Zendrop, and may be dispatched from fulfillment facilities in China. Shipping times and rates are communicated through this policy and at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase is confirmed. Processing times do not include weekends or U.S. holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed, standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days.

Most customers receive their orders within 6–11 business days from the date of purchase.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Orders under $50: $5.99 flat-rate standard shipping

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package's delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@adoustore.shop. Once an order has entered processing, we may not be able to make changes to the shipping address.
